How it works
Select the data and number of days you need, then pay by card or PayPal.
Your QR code appears right after payment and is emailed to you. On your phone: Settings → Mobile data → Add eSIM.
Turn on the eSIM and data roaming for it when you land. Validity normally starts on first connection.
Umrah & Hajj questions
Which plan should I choose for Umrah?
Pick a plan whose validity covers all of your days in Saudi Arabia. For maps, messaging and video calls, most pilgrims use a few GB. If you will video call family every day, choose a larger plan.
Can I install it before I travel?
Yes. Scan the QR code at home over Wi-Fi, keep the eSIM turned off, and switch it on (with data roaming enabled for that eSIM) when you land in Jeddah or Madinah. Validity normally starts on first connection.
Does it include a Saudi phone number?
No. These are data-only plans. Your own number stays active on your main SIM, and your messaging apps keep working with your usual number over the eSIM data.
Is the price the total price?
Yes. The price shown in USD is what you pay — no activation fee.
Will my phone work?
Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Check the compatible devices list.
Can I keep my own number?
Yes. Your main SIM stays in the phone, so your messaging apps keep working with your usual number while the eSIM provides data.
